17. Grievance Redressal
17.1 Raising Complaint: All grievances by you should be addressed in writing to Us at [email protected]. Alternatively, you may give a call at 040 – 42607311 during the business hours between 10 AM to 6 PM between Monday through Friday (except national holidays, public holidays and government declared holidays).
