Doctor Prashant Hegde was the first onew to identify it as Fistulast. Other doctors I visited for an year were treating me for piles. He suggested surgery. He explainsaid the process very well and it's root cause. Even after surgery he himself did dressing and examined multiple times to make sure it was successful. Most important he gives to listen instead of predicting. Really glad to refer for Fistula.

I would like to say that Dr. Prashant Hegde is an excellent doctor and very friendly in his approach. He gave his precious time and explained my Gastrointestinal problem and regarding Barrets Esophagus very well. I felt he connects with his patients in a different level to make him comfortable. Very decent and has a lot of confidence in what he speaks and explains the root cause of the problem which is highly commendable. Visited doctor for fistula and abscess surgery. Dr. Prashant Hegde is a very calm, friendly and confident doctor which makes the patients feel comfortable and trust the treatment. Best part is Dr. Prashant Hegde does not suggest unnecessary tests or medicines, which is very rare these days. I never had to wait for long even for the follow ups post surgery. Dr. Prashant Hegde does the checkups and follow ups post surgery by himself rather than giving them to his assistants. The staff is courteous and ready to help. Administration has lot of scope for improvement. Overall it was a hassle free experience for me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Prashant Hegde , he is a very good Doctor.
